Look for yoga classes done outside especially in the spring, and fall. I’m going to Mt. Cuba for my outdoor yoga class. A great outdoor fitness program to do one on one with a yoga teacher or in a group or at home solo. My yoga class is kicking my butt, I didn’t realize how hard it was going to be. Everyone should try yoga at least once. You may also find free outdoor yoga classes held at your local park. Check out this guide to outdoor yoga classes in Philadelphia or do a search in your area by typing in “outdoor yoga classes for free” into your favorite browser.
